It was a little annoying (but mostly entertaining) to watch you try and purchase your items at the self check out last night. I can't decide if my favorite part was your yelling at all of us in the store, "does anyone speak Spanish?" as you tried to navigate your way through the self checkout line- after you had distractedly hit the "en espanol" button while talking on your cell phone- or if it was that even after you realized that an employee had come over to try and help you (at my request), you continued to talk on the phone and push the buttons in spanish to complete your transaction!
In the future, could you please do us all a favor and please get off your phone as you can clearly not multitask? We, the people patiently waiting behind you in line for 10 minutes, would greatly appreciate it if you, and those like you, who talk on your cell phones while trying to complete a sales transaction would realize that you are dealing with either a human being (the sales clerk) or a complicated machine (obviously complicated enough that it needed your undivided attention).
I can't wait until we meet again in hopes that your manners have improved and/or that you have learned to speak Spanish.
Sincerely,

Lol. Nice. I can one-up you, though. A few weeks ago we had a checker who was talking on the phone (personal call) the whole time she was ringing up our groceries. :p

Or is it "Hear, Hear."

I love this! You are too funny!
That is too funny! Seriously! I would've loved to have witnessed that one! And while we're on that topic...I really appreciate the self checkout line but it drives me CRAZY when people, like the one described, don't know how to use it effectively. Its not a complicated process, and I understand sometimes it freaks out and has issues, but really people, if you don't know how to use it, DON'T!!!!!! That's a pet peeve of mine...people who don't know how to use the self checkout, using the self checkout!
I was at the self checkout the other night and there are lines for 10 items or less and regular self checkout lines- I love it when people with entire carts full of groceries crowd around the 10 items or less stands and leisurely check out- it's my all time fav!
