Naughty or nice etiquette tip nine
There's no obligation to send holiday cards at all. Too stressed? Forgo the tradition this season, but vow to get in touch at another time of year: Valentine's Day, Fourth of July, first week of fall, etc. You'll have more time for writing cards and hopefully won't view it as such a chore.

I love your idea of touching base with loved ones on Valentines Day. I love Valentines day and what a great idea to send that "family" letter....I would think everyone would have more time to read it in February anyway. I think I will try that this year since I am not sending cards. Thanks for the idea.
